Despite Indian objections, Asian Cricket Council meeting convened in Dhaka.

Asian Cricket Council President Mohsin Naqvi has convened the annual meeting of the council. According to ACC sources, the annual general meeting will be held in Dhaka on July 24, for which the Asian Cricket Council has sent a notice to the member countries.

The Asian Cricket Council has said that the Pakistan-Bangladesh series will also be taking place on the same days and member countries will also be invited to the meeting. According to ACC sources, the ACC meeting is being held in Bangladesh after a long time. India and Sri Lanka have asked to change the venue and date of the meeting. Both countries want to hold the meeting somewhere else.

Sources say that the Asian Cricket Council meeting is likely to be held in Dhaka itself, for which a 15-day notice has been given to prepare for the meeting. If any member country cannot come, the option of online participation has also been given. Sources said that online meetings are held all over the world, ACC and ICC have also been holding online meetings.
