Multan (Shahrooz Ahmad): At the end of the first day, Pakistan scored 143 runs. 4 wickets of Pakistan have fallen for only 46 scores. The national team had to take the first loss in the form of Muhammad Harira who returned to the pavilion after scoring 6 runs while captain Shan Masood was out after scoring only 11 runs. Kamran Ghulam was out after scoring 5 runs and Babar Azam with 8 runs.

After the loss of four wickets, Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan started a cautious innings from Pakistan. Both completed half-centuries with a partnership of 97 runs. Saud Shakeel is at the crease with 56 runs while Mohammad Rizwan is at the crease with 51 runs.

For West Indies, fast bowler Jayden Sales got three wickets, while spinner Goda  got one wicket.
