Multan (Shahroo Ahmad) : Pakistan beat England in the second Test, with spinners driving their success.

Salman Ali Agha’s resilience at the crease, despite eight wickets falling, significantly contributed to Pakistan’s success. Pakistan posted 366 runs in the first innings, while England was bowled out for 291, trailing by 75 runs.

⁠Pakistan’s second innings ended at 221, presenting England with a 297-run chase. Salman Ali Agha’s crucial intervention at 156/8 guided Pakistan to 221.

⁠England lost two wickets by Day 3’s end. Eight more fell before lunch on Day 4. Nauman Ali took eight wickets and Sajid Khan two in England’s second innings.
