Pakistan Defeated Australia by 90 Runs in Second T20.

All Ten Batsmen dismissed by Spinners.

Pakistan secured a dominant 90-run victory over Australia in the second match of the three-match T20 series, taking an unassailable 2–0 lead in the series. The match was played at Gaddafi Stadium, where Pakistan captain Salman Ali Agha won the toss and elected to bat first. Pakistan posted a strong total of 198 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Captain Salman Ali Agha was the standout performer, scoring an impressive 76 runs. In reply, the Australian team was bowled out for 108 runs in the 16th over.

Pakistan’s start against Australia was not ideal, as Sahibzada Farhan once again failed to play a big innings and was dismissed for just 5 runs. Saim Ayub scored 23, while Babar Azam returned to the pavilion after making only 2 runs. Captain Salman Ali Agha played a responsible yet aggressive innings, scoring 76 runs off 40 balls. Usman Khan also contributed significantly with a half-century, scoring 53 runs off 36 deliveries. Shadab Khan 28 and Mohammad Nawaz 9remained unbeaten. Chasing a target of 199, Australia struggled badly against Pakistan’s spin attack and lost wickets at regular intervals.

The visiting side was bowled out for 108 runs in 15.4 overs. Cameron Green scored 35 and Matthew Short added 27 runs. For Pakistan, Abrar Ahmed and Shadab Khan picked up three wickets each, while Usman Tariq claimed two. Saim Ayub and Mohammad Nawaz got one wicket apiece. It is worth noting that Pakistan have defeated Australia in a T20 series for the first time in seven years.
