Dubai: Pakistan has set India a target of 172 runs in the crucial match of the India Cup Super Four stage. India won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat. Pakistan scored 171 runs for the loss of five wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
For Pakistan, Sahibzada Farhan scored 58, Saim Ayub scored 21, Muhammad Nawaz scored 21, Faheem Ashraf scored 20, Salman Ali Agha scored 17, Fakhar Zaman scored 15 and Hussain Talat scored 9. Salman Ali Agha and Faheem Ashraf remained not out at the end of the innings.
For India, Shivam Dube got two wickets while Hardik Pandya and Kaldev Yadav got one wicket each. Pakistan have given a better target than in previous matches, while India’s overall performance throughout the tournament has been good.
