PCB hints at hosting 2 matches of Pak-Bangladesh T20 series in Faisalabad

The PCB is planning to host 2 T20 matches in Faisalabad on the occasion of the Bangladesh cricket team’s tour of Pakistan. The Bangladesh team will visit Pakistan in the third week of next month, during which a series of 5 T20 matches will be played.

Sources said that the Pakistan Cricket Board is planning to hold the two T20 matches of the series in Faisalabad and possibly the first two matches of the T20 series will be held in Faisalabad. According to the proposed schedule, the matches will be held on May 25, 27 and 30 and June 1 and 3.

It should be noted that the last international match was played at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad, on April 11, 2008, between the teams of Pakistan and Bangladesh.
