Rawalpindi: The second day of the final Test of the two-match Test series between Pakistan and South Africa has come to an end. South Africa scored 185 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in response to Pakistan’s target of 333 runs. On the second day of the Rawalpindi Test, the entire Pakistan team was dismissed for 333 runs in the first innings.
In response to Pakistan’s 333, South Africa opened the innings with Aiden Markram and Ryan Rickleton, but Rickleton was caught behind the wickets by Shaheen Afridi after scoring 14 runs at a total of 22. The second South African player to be dismissed was Aiden Markram, who scored 32 runs and fell to Sajid Khan. Asif Afridi dismissed Tony de Zorzi for 55 and Braves for zero.

Pakistan started their first incomplete innings on the second day of play at 259 for 5 with Saud Shakeel on 42 and Agha Salman on 10. Salman Ali Agha was dismissed for 45 runs while Saud Shakeel was also dismissed for 66 runs. Shaheen Afridi, Sajid Khan and Asif Afridi could not perform well and all three were made victims by Keshav Maharaj while Noman Ali remained not out after scoring 6 runs. For South Africa, Keshav Maharaj performed brilliantly, dismissed 7 players while Simon Harmer got two wickets and Rabada got one wicket.
