In the second match of PSL 10, Quetta Gladiators defeated Peshawar Zalmi by 80 runs. In the match being played in Rawalpindi, Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and decided to bowl. Batting first, Quetta Gladiators scored 216 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
For Quetta, captain Saud Shakeel and Finn Allen provided a partnership of 88 runs. Saud Shakeel scored 59 and Finn Allen scored 53 runs. Hassan Nawaz scored 41, Kaushal Mendis scored 35 and Riley Rossouw scored 21 runs. For Peshawar Zalmi, Ali Raza, Sufyan Muqeem and Joseph got one wicket each.
Peshawar Zalmi could only score 136 runs in reply to the target of 217 runs and the entire team was dismissed in 15.1 overs. Saim Ayub scored 50, Hussain Talat 35, Mitchell Owen 31, Mohammad Haris 13 and Sufyan Muqeem scored one run. Babar Azam, Tom Kohler, Max Bryant, Al-Zari Joseph and Ali Raza could not score any runs. For Quetta Gladiators, Abrar Ahmed got four, Mohammad Amir and Usman Tariq got two wickets each.
