The Champions Trophy 2025 schedule is likely to change. In the mega event, there was a proposal to hold India’s group matches at two venues instead of one. According to Indian media, the proposal to hold India’s matches at two venues was given by the broadcasters.
India has to play three group matches in the Champions Trophy, ICC broadcasters are also the broadcasters of the Indian board and the broadcasters have suggested adding another venue. Broadcasters say that having matches at two venues will increase the broadcast and event value.

It was suggested due to the fact that the Indian team does not travel much. In the proposed schedule, three matches of India were scheduled in Lahore, in which a match against Bangladesh on February 20 and New Zealand on February 23 is proposed, while Pakistan and India are scheduled to play in Lahore. The match is proposed on March 1. In the Champions Trophy, Pakistan, India, New Zealand and Bangladesh have been proposed in Group A.
