In the third Match of the tri-nation series, Afghanistan set a target of 189 runs for the United Arab Emirates to win. The third match of the tri-nation T20 series is being played in Sharjah.
The United Arab Emirates won the toss and elected to bowl against Afghanistan and batted first, scoring 188 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. For Afghanistan, Ibrahim Zadran scored 63 runs and Siddiqullah Atul scored 54 runs, while Karim Janat scored an unbeaten 23 runs.
Mohammad Roheed and Sagheer Khan got two wickets each for the UAE. Earlier, both teams had faced Pakistan and both teams had suffered defeats at the hands of Pakistan.
