Babar Azam has slipped one position in the latest ICC Test player rankings, now sitting at 12th. In contrast, Mohammad Rizwan has moved up to 7th place.
England’s Joe Root holds the top spot in the Test Batter Rankings, followed by New Zealand’s Kane Williamson in second and India’s Yashasvi Jaiswal in third. Australia’s Steve Smith and Usman Khawaja round out the top five. In the Test bowler rankings, India’s Jasprit Bumrah is first, with Pakistan’s Shaheen Shah Afridi at 10th. Notably, there are no Pakistani players in the top ten all-rounders rankings.
