Pakistan cricket team fielding coach Muhammad Masroor has resigned from his duties. Muhammad Masroor said in his statement that his chapter with the team is now over. I thank all the players for their trust and the support of the staff.
He said that I will always be a part of Pakistan cricket, I am leaving without any disappointment or regret. According to sources, the PCB’s contract with Muhammad Masroor was series-to-series and now the PCB has decided to make new appointments in the support staff.
Sources say that Shane McDermott is likely to be given the responsibilities of fielding coach and Grant Loudon is likely to be given the responsibilities of strength and conditioning coach. According to sources, former fast bowler Umar Gul is likely to be given responsibilities with Pakistan Shaheens and the PCB will soon make an official announcement regarding the new appointments.
