South Africa won the toss and decided to bat first.

 In the second test match, South Africa won the toss against Pakistan and decided to bat first. A change has been made in the Pakistan team for the second test to be played in Cape Town. Mir Hamza has been replaced by fast bowler Naseem Shah. Opportunity is given in XI.

The Pakistani team includes Shaan Masood, Saeem Ayub, Babar Azam, Kamran Ghulam, Muhammad Rizwan, Saud Shakeel, Salman Agha, Aamir Jamal, Mir Hamza, Khurram Shehzad and Muhammad Abbas. It should be remembered that the first match of the series of 2 Test matches is South Africa won.

Earlier, South Africa won the T20 series, while Pakistan won the ODI series with a clean sweep.
