Pakistan secured a clean sweep in the T20 series against Australia after seven years by defeating them by a massive margin of 111 runs in the third T20 match. The third T20 was played at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, where Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first. Batting first, Pakistan scored 207 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the allotted 20 overs, which is Pakistan’s highest-ever T20 total against Australia.

For Pakistan, Fakhar Zaman scored 10 runs, Saim Ayub 50, captain Salman Ali Agha 5, and Khawaja Nafay 21. In addition, Babar Azam scored 50 runs while Shadab Khan contributed 46 runs. For Australia, Ben Dwarshuis got two wickets.

Chasing a target of 208 runs, the visiting Australian team was bowled out for just 96 runs for the loss of 9 wickets. Australian leg-spinner Adam Zampa did not come out to bat due to injury. Marcus Stoinis scored 23 runs and Cameron Green made 22 for Australia. For Pakistan, Mohammad Nawaz delivered an outstanding performance, taking five wickets for 18 runs, while Shaheen Shah Afridi claimed two wickets.
