Pakistan’s Former Captain, Babar Azam, has achieved a monumental milestone. His bat, used in the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 final against England, has been inducted into the iconic Long Room at the MCG.

Babar’s bat takes its place alongside legendary cricketers Don Bradman and Brian Lara, solidifying his position among the sport’s all-time greats.

The MCG management invited Babar to donate the bat used in the T20 World Cup final, recognizing his outstanding contribution to cricket.

I’m deeply honored,” Babar said. “This bat holds memories of the World Cup final. To have it displayed with cricket legends is a privilege.”

Babar’s induction into the Long Room celebrates Pakistan’s rich cricket heritage and inspires future generations.
