Rising Stars reach Asia Cup final Pakistan Shaheens defeated Sri Lanka A by 5 runs in the second semi-final of the Rising Stars Asia Cup and qualified for the final. Batting first, Pakistan Shaheens scored 153 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs against Sri Lanka A. Ghazi Ghauri remained unbeaten on 39 runs while Moaz Sadaqat scored 23, Ahmed Daniyal and Saad Masood scored 22 runs each. Pramod Madhushan got four and Taraveen Mathew got three wickets for Sri Lanka A.

In reply to the target of 154 runs, Sri Lanka A could score 148 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. The final of the Rising Stars Asia Cup will be played between Pakistan and Bangladesh on Sunday.
