The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the schedule for the home T20 series against Australia ahead of the T20 World Cup. Confirming Australia’s tour of Pakistan in late January, the PCB revealed that a three-match T20 International series will be played. All three matches will be held at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. The first T20 match between Pakistan and Australia will take place on January 29, the second on January 31, and the third on February 1.
The Australian T20 squad will arrive in Lahore on Wednesday, January 28. According to the PCB, the series is important preparation for both teams ahead of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026. It is worth noting that the T20 World Cup will begin on February 7 in India, while Pakistan will play all of its matches in Sri Lanka.
