Bangladesh bowled out for 390 in the second Test against Pakistan in Sylhet. On the third day of the Sylhet Test, Bangladesh were bowled out for 390 in the second innings while batting against Pakistan, after which Pakistan will have to achieve the target of 437 to win. Bangladesh captain Najamul Hassan Shinto and Mushfiqur Rahim started the third day’s play with 110 runs and three wickets. Bangladesh’s Mushfiqur Rahim scored 137 runs, Liton Das scored 69 runs, while Mahmudul Hassan scored 52, Mominul Haq scored 30 and Tejul Islam scored 22 runs. Pakistan’s Khurram Shahzad got 4, Sajid Khan got 3 and Hasan Ali got 2 wickets.

At the end of the second day’s play, Bangladesh scored 110 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in their second innings. Mahmood Hasan Joy scored 52, Mominul Haq scored 30 and Tanzeed Hasan scored 4 runs, Najmul Hasan Shinto was not out with 13 runs. Khurram Shahzad got 2 wickets and Mohammad Abbas got one wicket.

Earlier, Pakistan team was all out for 232 runs in its first innings against Bangladesh. Pakistan started the second day’s play with 21 runs for no loss, but both openers lost their wickets soon, Azan Owais was out for 13 runs and Abdullah Fazal was out for 9 runs. Captain Shan Masood returned to the pavilion after scoring 21 runs, Babar Azam was out for 68 runs, Saud Shakeel 8, Salman Agha 21 and Mohammad Rizwan could score 13 runs. Hasan Ali was out for 18, Sajid Khan 38 and Khurram Shahzad 10 runs while Mohammad Abbas could not score any runs. For Bangladesh, Naheed Rana and Tejul Islam scored 3 runs each and Taskin Ahmed and Mehdi Hassan Miraz scored 2 runs. They took 2 wickets. On the first day of the match, the Bangladesh team was all out for 278 runs in their first innings. Liton Das played a brilliant innings of 126 runs. For Pakistan, Khurram Shahzad got 4 wickets, Mohammad Abbas got 3, Hasan Ali got 2 and Sajid Khan got one wicket.
