The Indian Cricket Board had approached to hold IPL in Dubai but India had to face another setback. According to sources, India had approached yesterday to hold IPL matches in Dubai but Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi had already talked about holding PSL matches in Dubai.
The PCB had informed the Emirates Cricket Board about the transfer of matches, and when the Indian board contacted it, it was told that Pakistan had already contacted it.
According to sources, on the night of May 8, the PCB had finalized all the arrangements for holding the matches in Dubai. As India did not get a venue in Dubai, it has been postponed indefinitely.
