Pakistan and Iran have agreed to enhance cricket cooperation. A delegation from the Iran Cricket Association visited the PCB Headquarters at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. On this occasion, important discussions were held between the PCB and the Iran Cricket Association regarding the promotion of cricket and mutual cooperation. The Iranian delegation also toured Gaddafi Stadium, the Cricket Museum, and the National Cricket Academy, where they reviewed the modern training facilities available.
According to the PCB, the Iranian delegation met with Chief Operating Officer Sameer Ahmad Syed and Pakistan Super League Chief Executive Officer Salman Naseer. During the meeting, both sides held key discussions on promoting cricket and expanding mutual cooperation. It was also agreed that Pakistani coaches will provide training to both Iran’s junior and senior cricket teams.
