Pakistani boxer Fatima Zahra Creates History With Commonwealth Games Bonze Medal.

Pakistani boxer Fatima Zahra won the bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games, becoming the first Pakistani woman to win a boxing medal in the event’s history. In Glasgow, Fatima Zahra lost her 60kg category semifinal to a Canadian boxer.  Her opponent led 4-1 in the first round. In the second round, the referee stopped the contest, resulting in Fatima Zahra losing the bout. However, she still secured the bronze medal. This is Pakistan’s first boxing medal at the Commonwealth Games since 2014. With this achievement, Fatima Zahra also became the first Pakistani woman to win a boxing medal at the Commonwealth Games.
