In the 15th match of the LAHBL PSL 10, Quetta Gladiators defeated Karachi Kings by 5 runs after an exciting match. In the match played at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Karachi Kings won the toss and decided to field against Quetta Gladiators.
Quetta Gladiators were bowled out for 142 runs in the last over. Faheem Ashraf scored 43, Kaushal Mendis scored 36 and Hassan Nawaz scored 35 runs. For Karachi Kings, Hassan Ali got 3 wickets, Mir Hamza and Abbas Afridi got 2 wickets each.
In reply to Quetta Gladiators’ target of 143 runs, Karachi Kings could score 137 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Tim Seifert scored 47, James Vince scored 30 and Hasan Ali scored 24 runs. Mohammad Amir, Khurram Shahzad and Mohammad Wasim got 2 wickets each for Gladiators.
Karachi Kings are second on the points table with 6 points, while Quetta is fifth with 4 points.
