The HBL Pakistan Super League 10 Team of the Tournament has been announced. Shaheen Shah Afridi, who led Lahore Qalandars to their third title in 4 years in PSL 10, has been appointed as the captain of the PSL 10 team. The team has been selected by the members of the commentary team.
The 25-year-old Shaheen not only won the Fazal Mahmood cap with the most wickets, taking 19, but he is also leading a team that includes two of his Qalandars teammates, Sikandar Raza and Fakhar Zaman.
The PSL team includes three players from Quetta Gladiators, including Hassan Nawaz, Faheem Ashraf and Abrar Ahmed. 23-year-old Hassan Nawaz has also won the award for the best batter of the tournament.
The team also includes three players from Karachi Kings, including Karachi Kings captain David Warner, James Vince and Hasan Ali, while Karachi Kings’ Khushdil Shah has been included in the team as the 12th player.
Islamabad United’s Sahibzada Farhan, who won the Hanif Muhammad Cap for leading the batting with 449 runs in 12 matches with the help of a century and 3 half-centuries, is also part of the team. Peshawar Zalmi’s young fast bowler Ali Raza has also managed to make a place in the team.
