In the 17th match of HBL PSL 10, Quetta Gladiators defeated Peshawar Zalmi by 64 runs. Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and elected to field against Quetta Gladiators. Quetta Gladiators had given Peshawar Zalmi a target of 179 runs to win, however, Peshawar Zalmi’s team was bowled out for 114 runs in the 15th overs.
Peshawar Zalmi’s Hussain Talat was the standout with 39 runs, while Muhammad Haris scored 17 and Babar Azam 12 runs. Quetta Gladiators’ Faheem Ashraf got 5 wickets and Khurram Shahzad got 2 wickets.
Earlier, Quetta Gladiators scored 178 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the stipulated overs. Quetta’s Mark Chapman was the top scorer with 33 runs. Saud Shakeel and Kaushal Mendis scored 32 runs each. Peshawar Zalmi’s Alzarri Joseph got 3 and Saim Ayub got 2 wickets.
