The final four teams were decided at the end of the round matches in Pakistan Super League XI. Peshawar Zalmi came first with 17 points, Islamabad United came second with 13 points, Multan Sultans came third with 12 points, while Hyderabad Kingsmen team was in fourth position with 10 points due to a better run rate than Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings. The play-offs in the event will start from Tuesday, April 28, Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United will play the qualifiers in Karachi, on April 29, Hyderabad Kingsmen and Multan Sultans teams will compete in Lahore in the first eliminator, while the second eliminator will be played in Lahore on May 1. The final of the tournament will be held on May 3.
