In a message on social media site X following these victories, head coach Mike Hesson said that the continued victories are in the name of the flood victims in Pakistan. He said that some people are in great difficulty at the moment and are praying for their safety.
Various areas of Pakistan are severely affected by floods and landslides, while the rivers of Punjab are currently in flood condition, which has displaced thousands of people. According to reports, the death toll in various accidents due to floods in Punjab has reached 30.
