Hong Kong Sixes: India wins by 2 runs against Pakistan via Duckworth-Lewis method

Today, there was a clash between Pakistan and India in the Hong Kong Sixes tournament, which was marred by rain, which benefited India and Pakistan lost. The Pakistani team, led by Muhammad Abbas, won the toss and decided to field and invited the Indian team to bat. Batting first, India scored 86 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in the allotted 6 overs. Pakistan’s Mohammad Shahzad took two wickets in his two overs. Pakistan needed 87 runs in 6 overs to win, while the national team scored 41 runs for the loss of one wicket in 3 overs when rain started. The match was stopped due to rain, however, as the rain did not stop, India won by two runs under the Duckworth-Lewis method.
