National cricket team batsman Asif Ali has announced his retirement from international cricket. Asif Ali said that he would like to thank his fans, teammates and coaches who have encouraged him in good and bad times.
He said that I am also grateful to my family and friends who supported me in moments of joy and difficult trials, especially during the World Cup, when my beloved daughter passed away. Your strength gave me the courage to move forward.
Asif Ali said that I will continue to play domestic and league cricket, God willing, while continuing my passion. Asif Ali represented Pakistan in 21 One-Day Internationals and 58 T20 Internationals. He played his last international match for Pakistan in 2023.
