The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has announced its centrally contracted players for the 2024/2025 season. The ECB awards central contracts annually to recognize and reward England’s leading players.

The ECB has announced three types of central contracts: one-year, two-year, and development contracts. Seven players have been awarded two-year central contracts (2024-2026): Gus Atkinson (Surrey), Harry Brook (Yorkshire), Jos Buttler (Lancashire), Joe Root (Yorkshire), Jamie Smith (Surrey), Ben Stokes (Durham), and Mark Wood (Durham).

Twenty players have received one-year central contracts (2024-2025): Rehan Ahmed (Leicestershire), Jofra Archer (Sussex), Jonny Bairstow (Yorkshire), Shoaib Bashir (Somerset), Brydon Carse (Durham), Zak Crawley (Kent), Sam Curran (Surrey), Ben Duckett (Nottinghamshire), Will Jacks (Surrey), Jack Leach (Somerset), Liam Livingstone (Lancashire), Ollie Pope (Surrey), Matthew Potts (Durham), Adil Rashid (Yorkshire), Phil Salt (Lancashire), Olly Stone (Nottinghamshire), Josh Tongue (Nottinghamshire), Reece Topley (Surrey), and Chris Woakes (Warwickshire).

Additionally, three players have been awarded development contracts: Jacob Bethell (Warwickshire), Josh Hull (Leicestershire), and John Turner (Hampshire). These contracts aim to support emerging talent in English cricket, providing resources and guidance to help players transition to the international stage.
