National T20 captain Salman Ali Agha, while holding a press conference, said that Pakistani fans are not happy with us because we did not play good cricket. We neither played cricket according to the expectations of the fans nor played cricket of our own quality.
Salman Ali Agha said that our team is new, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a good team. There are seniors as well, and the team has a good combination. We are here to win, and we will play good cricket.
The captain said that Shaheen and Haris Rauf are performing well in T20Is, while Fakhar Zaman and Saim Ayub will be missed because both are important players in the team. Both are recovering quickly and it is hoped that both will be in action in the upcoming series.
Salman Ali Agha said that Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan have contributed a lot to Pakistan cricket, now they have tried to form a new combination but have not yet decided on the playing eleven for the first match.
