The Pakistan cricket team will tour the West Indies next year to play a Test series. Pakistan will play two Test matches during the tour, which will take place from July 15 to August 7 next year. The tour has been officially confirmed by West Indies Cricket Board Vice President Azim Bassarath. As part of the Future Tours Programme (FTP), Pakistan will contest a two-match Test series during the visit.
Both Test matches will be part of the ICC World Test Championship. According to the West Indies Cricket Board vice president, the first Test will be played at Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad and Tobago, while the second Test will take place at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy. Ahead of the Test series, a four-day warm-up match will also be played at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad.
