PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has directed to complete new agreements with PSL franchises as soon as possible. Preparations for the new 10-year agreement of the PSL franchise have entered the final stages. Representatives of the PSL chartered firm met with PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi.
Chief Executive Officer PSL Salman Naseer and COO Sameer Syed were also present in the meeting. The valuation firm presented the valuation report of PSL to Mohsin Naqvi. Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi asked questions regarding the valuation report and also directed the chartered firm to meet all the franchises.
Mohsin Naqvi said that a new franchise agreement will be finalized based on the valuation report and the new market value of the franchises will be applied. The contracts of 6 PSL franchises are expiring in December, now the number of PSL franchises is going to be 8. According to the PCB, new agreements will be made only with eligible franchises.
