Lahore: In the first eliminator of Pakistan Super League 11, Hyderabad Kingsmen easily defeated Multan Sultans by 8 wickets and eliminated them from the final race. In the match played at Gaddafi Stadium, Hyderabad Kingsmen won the toss and invited Multan Sultans to bat first. Multan Sultans scored 159 runs for 9 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs thanks to the brilliant batting of Shan Masood. Shan Masood played an unbeaten innings of 69 runs off 46 balls. In addition, Sahibzada Farhan 15, Steve Smith 13 and Muhammad Nawaz 18 runs could be scored. Muhammad Ali, Haneen Shah and Akif Javed got 2 wickets each for Hyderabad Kingsmen.

In reply, Hyderabad Kingsmen easily achieved the target of 160 runs in the 16th over for the loss of 2 wickets. Moaz Sadaqat remained not out after scoring 64 runs, while Usman Khan played an innings of 64 runs off 35 balls. Saim Ayub scored an unbeaten 15 runs.
