ICC fines Pakistan team for slow over-rate in second ODI against New Zealand.

The ICC has fined Pakistan team for slow over-rate in the second ODI against New Zealand. The Pakistan team has been fined 5 percent of their match fee for being one over short in the allotted time.

Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan has accepted the fine. Pakistan was also fined for a slow over-rate in the first ODI. It should be noted that yesterday, New Zealand defeated Pakistan by 84 runs in the second match of the three-match ODI series to take a significant lead in the series.

In the match played at Seddon Park, the New Zealand team scored 292 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the stipulated 50 overs. In response, the national team could only score 208 runs and the entire team was out. Faheem Ashraf and Naseem Shah stood out for Pakistan by scoring 73 and 51 runs.
